- Property pre-selection and screening.
- Price analysis and comparison with the market.
- Organisation of viewings.
- Assessment of the advantages, disadvantages and potential risks of each property.
Negotiation and purchase process
- Liaison with property owners and estate agencies.
- Negotiation of the price and purchase terms.
- Coordination of offers and reservations.
- Support throughout the entire process up to completion of the purchase.
- Coordination with solicitors, notaries and other professionals involved.
- Monitoring of the transaction and the various deadlines.
Legal, tax and administrative matters
We coordinate the process with the solicitors and specialists we work with, who can take care of:
- Obtaining the NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) and completing the other procedures required for the purchase.
- Legal and documentary review of the property.
- Tax advice related to the acquisition.
- Relocation and transfer of tax residence to Spain, where necessary.
Financing
When the client requires financing:
- We put them in touch with financial institutions.
- We coordinate the assessment of the different financing options.
- We support them throughout the mortgage process up to the purchase.
Once the purchase has been completed, we can put the client in touch with trusted professionals to help set up their new home and settle in Spain.
