Wealth Planning
Wealth Planning
At MOCA SS, we help our clients make better decisions about their wealth by providing a comprehensive, independent and easy-to-understand perspective.
How do we do it?
The starting point is to understand the client’s financial position: which assets they hold, how they are distributed and the role each one plays within the overall portfolio—real estate, fixed income, equities, gold, art and cash. We then analyse the wealth position, taking into account age, personal and family circumstances, objectives, liquidity needs, time horizon and risk tolerance.
The context
We also analyse the economic context and the current stage of the different markets, recognising that the opportunities and risks associated with each type of asset change over time.
A comprehensive strategy
With all this information, we develop a comprehensive and coherent wealth strategy focused on each client’s objectives and adapted to their circumstances, needs and time horizon.
The aim is to give the client’s wealth a coherent overall structure, helping them understand the role each type of asset may play and how the different assets can fit together to help them move towards their objectives.
In this way, the client has a clear and structured view of their wealth on which to base their own decisions.
Asset advice
When the planning process requires the assessment or selection of specific assets, we move on to a second stage of specialised advice.
Based on the previously defined wealth strategy, the client can receive specific advice on fixed-income assets, equities, gold and art, assessing the different alternatives and how they fit within the overall plan.
In this way, the selection of specific assets is based on a previously defined strategy, rather than treating each investment independently.
